Detroit Prepare Fair

Join the DRI Foundation in partnership with Michigan State Police, the Battle Creek Response Consortium, Do1Thing, and Target for this annual event.  Individuals attending the fair will learn about local emergency response agencies, how to develop a family emergency plan and how to create an emergency preparedness kit. Attendees will be also able to meet local first responders and volunteers. The event is free of charge and open to anyone.We hope you can join us at the 2015 Prepare Fair. The DRI Foundation will be auctioning unique items to raise funds for Nepalese communities affected by the recent earthquakes.The more items donated, the more funds we can raise, so we’re asking for your help. Show your support for resilient communities worldwide by visiting our Bidding for Good auction page and making a contribution. By donating an item or service directly online, you’ll help raise money for our Nepal Relief Fund, and you’ll receive a mention on our site that can link back to your own web page. Please help by bidding or donating. Dance for Nepal

Dance for Nepal is an exclusive, one-night event conceived by Simona Ferrara and led by Artistic DirectorLloyd Knight to raise funds for the Nepalese communities affected by the recent earthquakes. Members of the New York dance community and other local area artists have been invited to participate in these efforts. All of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the DRI Foundation’s Nepal Relief Fund. Ready Red Hook Day

We will be joining the Red Hook community in Brooklyn, NY for Ready Red Hook Day.  The initiative organized by the Red Hook Coalition is a community-wide emergency readiness practice plan. The event will have residents of Red Hook visiting six designated locations around the neighborhood to learn about emergency support functions and conclude with a community celebration.
