What We Do

The DRI Foundation’s mission is to provide financial, educational, and volunteer aid to those who have been impacted by disasters.  The Foundation strives to provide training and employment to those who have specific needs that will further the goal of creating a more prepared and resilient world.

Our Focus Areas

Donations After Disasters
We partner with non-profit organizations in communities impacted by disasters and provide grants to help where it is needed most. We also donate supplies to families in need.

Education
We build community awareness for disaster risk reduction and provide access to the skills necessary for preparedness.  The DRI Foundation offers college scholarships, veterans outreach, scholarships for women in business continuity, and small business training.

Resilience and Rebuilding
We engage DRI Certified Professionals to volunteer in the communities in which we live and work.

Our Featured Programs

Veterans Outreach Program Scholarship

Veterans Outreach Program

Disaster Recovery International (DRI) Foundation is committed to helping our veterans succeed. To do our part, the Foundation has created a Veterans Outreach Program to help our Veterans realize their dreams and help both themselves and their respective organizations achieve great success as they transition into the professions of emergency response, crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery.

Volunteerism

Each year the DRI Foundation provides an opportunity for DRI Certified Professionals from around the world to volunteer their skills and abilities to make a positive impact in the communities where DRI International’s annual conference is held.
